BOSTON EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE
TRUST
The trust was formed on the 10th of September, 1972. Madam T. Savithri
B.A., B.T., Ex. J.P. is the author of the Trust. The object of the trust
is to run, maintain, improve and enlarge the quality of education given
to the students and undertake charitable activities. The trust, true to
its spirit has been doing an excellent service towards humanity. It
gives scholarships to deserving students and exempts tuition fee for the
poor and needy students. Besides these, the trust on occasions like
Diwali, Pongal, etc., generously distributes sweets, clothes and
crackers to the orphanages, hospitals and old-age homes. In times of
crisis and natural calamities, the trust donates generously to the
affected victims.
