Education is the sacred, devoted and dedicated function of imparting knowledge to young ones. It is not filling one's mind with facts but inculcating values by which character is formed; the strength of mind developed and intellect is expanded so that one can stand on one's own feet. If we strive hard to shape them into personalities of real worth, they will give us the rest, they will give delight to our hearts and a decent tomorrow for India will be no exaggeration. It is precisely exact that we have no greater ambition in life to see that the students of Boston blossom to become valuable men of India and abroad. My dear Children, please understand the truth in my words and modify your life. To break a bad habit is difficult; to love an enemy or to think logically or to admit ignorance is difficult; to wait with patience or to suffer without complaint is really difficult; to be indifferent to ridicule is also difficult. Unless you overcome your difficulties you will have no peace of mind. I want you to spend some time to think, because thoughts are the source of power; I want you to spend some time to play; because play is the secret of perpetual youth; to read, because reading is the fountain head of wisdom; to pray, because prayer is the rock of strength in times of trouble; to love and to be kind because loving is what makes living worthwhile; to be friendly because friendship gives life a delicious flavor; to laugh when necessary and to give or share your comforts with others because these deprive you of selfishness and serve as music to your hearts. Thinking good of others instills into the heart the strength of lion. Dedicated and noble work alone can polish an individual to a state of true culture and right discipline. Every moment is a new chance. What India needs is a new electric fire to stir up a fresh vigor in the minds of the youth of India. Hence you, the citizens of tomorrow, are to rise up to the occasion to work hard with Vedanta brain and Islamic body and Christian benevolence. I wish every one of you success in all walks of life. The greatest need of the world today is the message of love. Include all the creatures in the warm embrace of your love. Love is mysterious divine glue that unites the hearts of all and a magical healing balm that cures the psychological ailments of the young ones. Hence my humble appeal to the Teaching Community is 'Love all children under your care, as your own'. Pour on them the bubbling love so as to make them realize that you are in the place of Real Divine Mother who imparts the right kind of knowledge. Beware the children of today are the citizens of tomorrow. It is our primary responsibility to see that they entertain noble and sublime thoughts and are endowed with supreme self-confidence and courage to face all complexities in life with success. Since time immemorial each living entity has accumulated the various reactions of good and bad work. As such he is ignorant of his constitutional position. One's ignorance can be removed by totally surrendering into the Lord's Lotus Feet and having an abiding faith and love for Him. Life without Love and Faith for God is practical death. We can solve all the problems of life with ease provided we imbibe a strong feeling of love and faith in the Supreme who is the sole proprietor of this body. We can discharge all our duties and daily chores with cheer if we develop an abiding faith and love for our Creator. All the challenges and complexities of life can be faced with boldness if this sense of love is permanently running in our nerves. More than the intake of medicine, the faith in the cure of all ailments by the doctor brings much relief to the sufferer. Cultivate a deep sense of faith and love for the Lord, who has created you and this universe. Lack of adherence to this important aspect of life signifies that we have to quit his world like cats and dogs without understanding the Science of Life.
